3. Fill in the form with proof of purchase within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email of submission.

4. Upon successful claim, you will receive your credit via email. If unsuccessful, you will be contacted.

By purchasing and registering select GIGABYTE products, you may be eligible to receive up to £50 Gamesplanet credit, subject to the following Terms and Conditions, depending on the product.

This promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Iceland.

This promotion is valid only on purchases from recommended resellers and is limited to select GIGABYTE products that are new and not second hand, refurbished, or reconditioned. See below for a list of qualifying motherboards and processors:

All purchases must be made within the promotional period, which is from 1st June - 1st July 2026.

All claims must be made within the redeem period, which is from 1st June - 1st August, 2026 or whilst credit supply lasts.

Only one claim per person is allowed during the promotional period.

Once you have completed the registration procedure and received confirmation of successful registration from GIGABYTE, and your claim has been verified, you will confirmation and supply of vouchers. 

GIGABYTE will send the vouchers via email within 30 working days from GIGABYTE's official validation of the claim. Please note: this is not 30 days from claim submission, but from validation.

Completed registrations will still be accepted by GIGABYTE until the 29th May 2026. Any registrations made after this date will not be accepted and will not be considered valid.

The number of items allocated for this promotion is limited to one per person. Registering multiple products using the same name, email address, or address is prohibited. Buyers who exceed this limit will be notified by email.

Customers will not be able to claim vouchers on purchases that have been cancelled or items returned to the reseller. GIGABYTE reserves the right to reclaim or charge any parties the cost of the voucher code and any handling and shipping costs incurred if the associated laptop is returned and/or refunded.

To submit a claim, you must fill in and submit the official registration form within 30 days from the original purchase date of the appropriate GIGABYTE laptop or monitor. GIGABYTE considers the date of dispatch to count as day one of the purchase date and registration period. Once the claim has been received by GIGABYTE, it will be screened for validity to ensure that the transaction made is a genuine purchase. The outcome of your claim will be communicated to the relevant parties by email within 30 working days from the registration. 

If an incomplete claim or invalid proof of purchase is received, a notification email will be sent to the relevant parties providing a 14-working day window to submit the required information. Failure to reply within the specified period will result in the claim and registration being deemed invalid and rejected. GIGABYTE reserves the right to reject incomplete, altered, illegible, or false claims. 

This offer is valid for end-user customers only. Purchases made on behalf of any business will not be accepted. GIGABYTE employees, employees from GIGABYTE affiliates and/or partners, cooperating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors, and their employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion. 

GIGABYTE retains the right to audit all requests to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of the promotion and may request additional information regarding all claims and supporting documents. 

GIGABYTE is authorized to exclude customers from participating in this promotion without notice under the following conditions: 

• In cases of the manipulation related to registration 

• In cases of multiple applications of a serial number 

• When the deadline for submission of data has been exceeded 

• The monetary value of the relevant STEAM codes is non-redeemable for cash, and re issuance in case of loss is not possible.
