The Xbox PC Game Pass Ultimate 3-month bundle offer is only valid for new purchases of eligible GIGABYTE monitors within the promotion period (April 24th, 2026, 12:00AM PT โ May 31st, 2026, 11:59PM PT) from authorized United States of America and Canada e-tail and retail partners, including but not limited to Amazon, Best Buy, Micro Center, Newegg, B&H Photo, Canada Computers, Memory Express, and Staples.
Xbox Game Pass Ultimate codes are provided on a first come, first serve basis and only while supplies last. Code quantities are strictly limited. Purchase of an eligible product does NOT guarantee receipt of a code. Once all codes have been claimed, no additional codes will be issued under any circumstances, regardless of purchase date within the promotion period.
All redemption must be submitted by June 30th, 2026, 11:59PM PT to be eligible for the promotion. Once the registration is received by GIGABYTE, it will be screened for validity to ensure that the transaction made is a genuine purchase and that all required information has been completed. GIGABYTE requires up to twenty (20) business days to review and process each submission after it has been received. The result of your registration will be communicated by e-mail upon completion of the review.
If an invalid or incomplete proof of purchase is received, a notification e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address with the opportunity to provide the required information within a specified timeframe. Failure to respond will result in disqualification.
Customer will not be able to register for the Xbox PC Game Pass Ultimate code on purchases that have been cancelled or items that have been returned.
No Return After Redemption Policy: Once a code has been issued or redeemed, the purchased product is no longer eligible for return. Customers may only request an exchange for the same model in case of defect, subject to the retailerโs exchange policy. Any return of product after receiving a code will be considered abuse of the promotion, and GIGABYTE reserves the right to void the code and/or disqualify the customer from current and future promotions.
GIGABYTE reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
GIGABYTE is authorized to exclude the customer from participation in this promotion without notice under the following conditions:
In any case of manipulation or abuse in relation to the registration or redemption process
In case of multiple applications using the same serial number
When the deadline for registration has been exceeded
In case of returned or refunded products after redemption
In any case deemed inconsistent with the intent of the promotion
Each eligible product is limited to one (1) code per serial number. Duplicate or repeated submissions will be rejected.
In submission of the registration data, the customer has declared that all requirements for eligibility to participate are fulfilled. At the same time, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
GIGABYTE can stop the promotion without further notice if the execution of this promotion is not reasonably possible or involves unreasonable circumstances due to objective reasons, including but not limited to depletion of promotional codes.
Each customer has to ensure the accuracy of the provided data. The personal information provided by the participants during the registration will be stored and used solely by GIGABYTE to process this promotion.
