Promotion Terms and Conditions:
Subject to the below terms and conditions you will be eligible to receive the game code of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare.
1. This promotion is open to residents globally, excluding China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, North Korea and Israel.
2. This promotion is valid on new purchases from resellers of GIGABYTE GEFORCE RTX 20/Super Series Graphics Card made during the promotional period September 17h 2019 to November 18th 2019, or while supplies last. A maximum of two claims per person is allowed during the promotional period.
3. You must also register to become a member of our AORUS Club. For full AORUS Club details, please refer to terms and conditions.

5. GIGABYTE will use product Serial Number, check number, EAN Code, and invoice as main criteria to decide whether the promotion is valid or not. If the product serial number is not from the local eligible reseller, the submission will be invalid.
6. Offer valid for purchase between September 17th, 2019 to November 18th, 2019
7. In order to make a valid redemption, customer must fill out the request form and upload a clear picture of the purchase invoice with the invoice date that qualifies for this promotion campaign period. Pick-up date is not involved when redeem the game code.
8. The picture of the purchase invoice must clearly specify the store of purchase, product model name, product price, invoice number, and purchase date. If the picture of the purchase invoice is not clear enough, GIGABYTE may reject the customer’s redemption at its sole discretion.
9. After completing the registration procedure and once confirmation of successful registration from GIGABYTE has been received, you will acquire the right to receive the appropriate game code. GIGABYTE will send the game code to you via e-mail within 10 working days from GIGABYTE’s official validation of the claim.
10. Completed registrations will still be accepted by GIGABYTE until November 20th 2019. All registrations that are made after this date will not be accepted and are not considered valid.
11. The number of game code allocated for this promotion is limited to two per person. You cannot register multiple boards using the same name, email address or address. All buyers who exceed this limit with their registration will be informed immediately by email.
12. Customer will not be able to claim game keys on purchases that have been canceled or items you have returned. GIGABYTE reserves the right to claim back or charge any parties the cost of the game key if the associated product is returned and or refunded.
a. GIGABYTE considers the date of dispatch to count as day one of the purchase date and registration period. Once the claim has been received by GIGABYTE, it will be screened for validity to ensure that the transaction made is a genuine purchase. The outcome of your claim will be communicated to the relevant parties by e-mail within 10 working days from the registration
b. If an incomplete claim or invalid proof of purchase is received, a notification email will be sent to the relevant parties with the opportunity to provide the required information within 10 working days of the notification email. If no reply is received within the 10 working day period, the claim and registration will be deemed invalid and will be rejected. GIGABYTE reserves the right to reject incomplete, altered, illegible or false claims.
13. This offer applies to the end user customer only. No purchases on behalf of any business will be accepted. GIGABYTE employees, employees from GIGABYTE affiliate and/or partner or cooperating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors, and their employees are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
14. GIGABYTE reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.
15. GIGABYTE is authorized to exclude the customer from the participation in this promotion without notice under the following conditions:
- In any case of manipulation in relation to the registration
- In case of multiple applications of a serial number
- When the deadline for submission of the data has been exceeded
16. The monetary value of game code is not redeemable for cash. A reissuance in case of loss is not possible.
17. The game key you would receive can be activated only on your personal game account. Gigabyte is not affiliated with EA and is not responsible for any technical/access issues you may have on your account. If there is a problem with the key, please contact EA customer service.
