• The game bundle is open to residents globally, excluding Crimea Region of Ukraine, Mainland China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Belarus, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela
  • For North America and Latin American territories: Offer valid only through authorized e-tail and retail partners.
  • For Europe, Middle East, Africa Territories: Offer valid only through authorized e-tail and retail partners.
  • For Asian Territories: Complete registration through the redemption link from each APAC country (Australia, Bangladesh, Hong Kong, Indonesia, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam.
• This promotion is valid on new purchases from resellers of any selected GIGABYTE GeForce RTX 5090, 5080, 5070 Ti, 5070 graphics card, or GIGABYTE laptop with a GeForce RTX 5090, 5080, 5070 Ti, 5070 Laptop GPU made during the promotional period from August 18, 2025 at 12:30PM PT to September 22, 2025 at 11:59 PM PT, or while supplies last. A maximum of one claim per person is allowed during the promotional period.

The following terms and conditions are applicable only for APAC region redemption.

• You must also register to become a member of our AORUS Club. For full AORUS Club details, please refer to the terms and conditions.

• GIGABYTE will use the product serial number, check number, EAN Code, and invoice as the main criteria to determine whether the promotion is valid. If the product serial number is not from a local eligible reseller, the submission will be invalid.
• Offer valid for purchase made between August 18, 2025 at 12:30PM PT and September 22, 2025 at 11:59PM PT. The last day to redeem the game code on NVIDIA is October 22, 2025, at 11:59PM PT
• In order to make a valid redemption, the customer must fill out the request form and upload a clear picture of the purchase invoice, with the invoice date falling within the promotion campaign period. The pick-up date is not considered when redeeming the game code.
• The picture of the purchase invoice must clearly specify the store of purchase, product model name, product price, invoice number, and purchase date. If the picture of the purchase invoice is not clear enough, GIGABYTE may reject the customer’s redemption at its sole discretion.
• After completing the registration procedure and receiving confirmation of successful registration from GIGABYTE, you will acquire the right to receive the appropriate game code. GIGABYTE will send the game code to you via e-mail within 7-10 working days from the official validation of the claim.
• Completed registrations will be accepted by GIGABYTE until September 30, 2025 at 11:59PM (Taiwan Time). All registrations made after this date will not be accepted and will not be considered valid.
• The number of game codes allocated for this promotion is limited to one per person. You cannot register multiple boards using the same name, email address, or address. All buyers who exceed this limit with their registration will be informed immediately by email.

• Customers will not be able to claim game keys on purchases that have been canceled or items that have been returned. GIGABYTE reserves the right to reclaim or charge any parties the cost of the game key if the associated product is returned and or refunded.

  a. GIGABYTE considers the date of dispatch as day one of the purchase date and registration period. Once the claim has been received by GIGABYTE, it will be screened for validity to ensure that the transaction is a genuine purchase. The outcome of your claim will be communicated to the relevant parties by email within 7-10 working days from registration

  b. If an incomplete claim or invalid proof of purchase is received, a notification email will be sent to the relevant parties, allowing them the opportunity to provide the required information within 7-10 working days of the notification email. If no reply is received within this period, the claim and registration will be deemed invalid and rejected. GIGABYTE reserves the right to reject incomplete, altered, illegible, or false claims.

• This offer applies to end-user customer only. No purchases on behalf of any business will be accepted. GIGABYTE employees, employees from GIGABYTE affiliate and/or partner or cooperating companies and agencies, dealers, distributors, and their employees are not eligible to participate in the promotion.
• GIGABYTE reserves the right to audit all requests to ensure that the terms and conditions of the promotion have been met and to request additional information regarding any and all claims and supporting documents.

• GIGABYTE is authorized to exclude the customer from the participation in this promotion without notice under the following conditions:

  - Any case of manipulation related to the registration
  - Multiple applications of a serial number
  - The deadline for submission of data has been exceeded

• The monetary value of the game code is not redeemable for cash. Reissuance in case of loss is not possible.
• The game key you receive can only be activated on your personal game account. GIGABYTE is not affiliated with EA and is not responsible for any technical or access issues you may have with your account. If there is a problem with the key, please contact EA customer service.

• By submitting the registration data, the customer declares that all requirements for eligibility to participate are fulfilled and agrees to these terms and conditions.
